Seoul Moms is a purchasing agent and global shipping service for Korean baby and maternity products. Seoul Moms is not the manufacturer of the products we sell, and brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Unless stated otherwise, Seoul Moms is not an official distributor of the brands listed on this website.

3. Eligibility

4. Products and product information

We try to display product information, images, and specifications as accurately as possible. Product packaging, labels, and instructions may be in Korean. Actual colors may vary depending on your screen, and manufacturers may change packaging or design without notice. Product information is provided for general reference and is not medical advice. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and age recommendations.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and do not include shipping costs, import duties, or taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed only after payment has been received.

6. Orders and acceptance

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product becomes unavailable from the supplier, if a pricing or product error occurred, if the product cannot be shipped to your country, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order for one of these reasons after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items. Cancellation requests made by the customer are governed by our Refund Policy: once your items have been purchased from the supplier, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because we provide a purchasing agent and global shipping service, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted except as described in the Refund Policy.
