Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from the Republic of Korea.

Processing (handling) time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 3–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Korean public holidays.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately 7–10 days depending on the destination country and shipping method. These are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs inspections, peak seasons, weather, and local carrier conditions may cause delays beyond our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the total weight of your order.
(The higher value between the actual weight and the volumetric weight is selected)

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Countries we ship to

We ship to most countries worldwide. The countries available for delivery are shown at checkout. (However, for some brands, supply may be restricted depending on country-specific distribution policies.)

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We are unable to predict or control these charges. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are complete and correct. We are not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, re-shipping costs are payable by the customer.
